Help us respond effectively

For a business application, share the registered business name and account email. For an order, share only the WadaanMardan order number and issue summary.

Protect your information. Never send a password, full CNIC image, bank PIN, card number or one-time code through WhatsApp or phone. WadaanMardan supports cash on delivery only and does not request customer bank details.

Orders remain seller-managed

WadaanMardan records orders and provides a governed communication trail. Product availability, confirmation, courier booking, delivery, replacement, return and any direct refund arrangement are handled by the relevant seller and courier.

If you raise a complaint, please keep the order number, courier tracking reference and relevant messages. The administration can review marketplace records and seller conduct but does not hold or distribute COD funds.
